• Monique Bonney - Non Pecuniary - Councillor Monique Bonney declared an interest in respect of item 2.8, 18/506417/FULL, Land at Southsea Avenue, Scarborough Drive, Augustine Road, Sexburga Drive and The Broadway, Minster, in her role as Cabinet Member for Property and Economy as some of the application site was owned by the Council. Councillor Bonney left the Chamber whilst this application was considered.
