Faversham Recreation Ground – Refreshment Kiosk Lease
Following development of a new kiosk outlet
within the Lodge at Faversham Recreation Ground as part of the
Heritage Fund Improvement Project, the opportunity for a concession
has been advertised and a suitable concessionaire identified. Draft
heads of terms have been developed and agreed. This report seeks
authority/agreement for a 10 year lease with HatHats Coffee
Faversham Ltd to be entered into.
