Fixed Penalty Notice Fee for Littering and Graffiti
The Environmental Offences (Fixed
Penalties)(England) Regulations 2017 enables the penalty for
littering and graffiti to have an upper limit of £150. The
current penalty is set at £80 within the 2018/19 Fees and
Charges. Council will be asked to set a revised penalty charge
(i.e. the decision will be taken by Full Council).
