Forum for discussion of issues and making recommendations regarding rural issues.  Membership comprises of Councillors in the Leader+ Programme Area, the Ward Member for Borden Ward, the Executive Member for rural affairs, 3 representatives from the Kent Association of Parish Councils, 3 representatives from the Swale National Farmers Union, and a representative from the following: Diocese of Canterbury, SEESwale, Action with Communities in Rural Kent, Greening the Gateway Kent and Medway, Council for the Protection of Rural England and Kent Rural Police Force.
