A meeting of the Standards Referrals Sub-Committee will be held in the Committee Room, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Thursday 21 April 2011 at 10:00am.

Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Dave Banks, Lloyd Bowen, Jackie Constable, Adrian Crowther, Patricia Sandle and Ben Stokes.

Quorum = 3

 



Members:  Mr Robert Nunn (Independent Member) and Parish Councillors Ken Ingleton and John Mills.

To decide whether to pass the resolution set out below in respect of the following items: -

That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
