This report will detail the consultation process that the Licensing Authority has taken to formally revise their Statement of Licensing Policy and identify the cost implications and the need for collating the information requested.

This report will inform the Committee of the requirements imposed by the Directive 2006/123/EC of the Eurpean Parliament and set out the arrangements being made to ensure the Council complies.

proposed licensing service standards

This report will propose Service Standards for the Licensing Service, based on statutory requirements and a commitment to provide quality services made by Swale Council's Licensing Service.
