amendments to licensing act 2003


Report for Item 6

This report outlines the July 2009 changes to the 2003 Licensing Act relating to (a) applications for minor variations to Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates and (b) supervision of alcohol sales in Community Halls. It recommends that decisions under the new arrangements be delegated to officers.  (Report to follow).
