To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 24th October 2007 (Minute Nos. 563 - 567) as a correct record.

enforcement protocol amendment to include gambling act enforcement


Report for Item 4 | Annex 1 for Item 4

Following additional information collected after the meeting on 24th October 2007 (Minute No. 566/10/07 refers), the Licensing Committee is asked to agree the existing licensing enforcement protocol, with the additions to include the provisions of the Gambling Act 2003 and to consider any safety issues with regard to lone workers and enforcement (report to follow).
