A meeting of the Swale Rural Forum will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Tuesday 11 January 2011 at 7:00pm.
Members: Councillor David Simmons (Chairman), Councillor Ben Stokes (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, George Bobbin, Monique Bonney, Andrew Bowles, Trevor Fentiman, Nicholas Hampshire, Lesley Ingham, Gerry Lewin, John Morris, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle, Paul Sturdgess and John Wright.

local engagement and partners and communities together (pact)To receive a presentation from Inspector Kevin Swinney (Kent Police) explaining the process of Local Engagement and Partners and Communities Together. |

rural traffic calmingTo discuss problems of speeding farm vehicles through villages. The Swale National Farmers Union have also requested the Forum discuss better consultation with them with regard to Traffic Calming schemes. An Officer from Kent Highway Services has been invited to attend the meeting. |
