A meeting of the Swale Rural Forum will be held in the Warden Bay Village Hall, Warden Bay Road, Warden, Isle of Sheppey on Tuesday 12 October 2010 at 7:00pm.

To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 17th June 2010 (Minute Nos. 124 - 132) as a correct record.

Questions or statements shall be read at the meeting and shall not last more than three minutes. An answer from the Chairman may take the form of a direct oral answer or be in writing. Questions submitted to the Democratic Services section in writing (including email) at least three days before the meeting will be taken first.

To receive a presentation on rural affordable housing from Alison Thompson, Regional Development Manager for English Rural Housing Association and Tessa O'Sullivan, Rural Housing Enabler from Actions for Communities in Rural Kent.

Changes are being proposed about the way some residential care is provided by Kent County Council.  The attached note provides more information on these proposed changes.
