A meeting of the Swale Rural Forum will be held in the Eastling Village Hall, , Eastling, Faversham on Tuesday 14 April 2009 at 7:00pm.

  1. Rural Broadband - to consider the quality in rural areas - note attached.
  2. Planning Applications - to consider consultation of rural communities in the planning application process - report attached.
  3. Review of Drains - to consider a review of drains in rural areas.
  4. Large Waste Items - to consider the impact on rural areas now that Swale Borough Council charge for taking away large waste items - report attached.
  5. Street Lighting - to consider the responsibilities of Kent Highway Services and Parish Councils with regard to street lighting in rural areas - report attached.
