A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 13 June 2011 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, Angela Harrison, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle, Ghlin Whelan, Jean Willicombe and John Wright.

Quorum = 4

 



Kent County Council Members of the Board are: Councillors Bowles, Adrian Crowther, Keith Ferrin, Tom Gates, Ken Pugh, Mike Whiting and Alan Willicombe.
 
Kent Association of Local Council's non-voting representative: Councillor Mike Baldock.

Quorum = 4 (2 from each Council).

Members of the public have the opportunity to speak at this meeting.  Anyone wishing to present a petition or speak on any item is required to register with Democratic Services by noon on Friday 10th June 2011.  Questions that have not been submitted by this deadline will not be accepted.  Only two people will be allowed to speak on each item and each person is limited to asking two questions.  Each speaker will have a maximum of three minutes to speak.

Petitions, questions and statements will only be accepted if they are in relation to an item being considered at this meeting.
