A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 06 September 2010 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, Ed Gent, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle, Roger Truelove, Ghlin Whelan and John Wright.

Quorum = 4

 



Members: Councillor John Wright (Vice-Chairman), Councillors Barnicott, Ed Gent, Prescott, Pat Sandle, Roger Truelove, Ghlin Whelan and John Wright.
 
Kent County Council Members of the Board are: Councillor Mike Whiting (Chairman), Councillors Bowles, Adrian Crowther, Keith Ferrin, Tom Gates, Ken Pugh and Alan Willicombe.
 
Kent Association of Local Council's non-voting representative: Councillor Mike Baldock.
 
Quorum = 4 (2 from each Council).

To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 14th June 2010 (Minute Nos. 98 - 115) as a correct record, subject to Minute No. 107 being actioned to the Community Delivery Manager, not the Partnership Officer.

Each speaker will have a maximum of three minutes to speak.
