A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 15 March 2010 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor John Wright (Chairman), Councillor Alan Willicombe (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, Simon Clark, Cindy Davis, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle and Ghlin Whelan.

Quorum = 4

 



Swale Borough Council Members of the Board: to be confirmed - confirmed at Council on 24th February 2010: Councillor John Wright (Chairman), Councillors Barnicott, Simon Clark, Cindy Davis, Prescott, Pat Sandle and Ghlin Whelan.

Kent County Council Members of the Board are: Councillor Alan Willicombe (Vice-Chairman), Councillors Bowles, Crowther, Gates, Ferrin, Pugh and Whiting.
 
Kent Association of Local Councils non-voting representative: Councillor Mike Baldock.
 
Quorum = 4 (2 from each Council).

Members of the public have the opportunity to speak at this meeting.  Anyone wishing to present a petition or speak on this item is required to register with the Democratic Services Section by noon on the last working day before the meeting.  Questions that have not been submitted by this deadline will not be accepted.  Only two people will be allowed to speak on each item and each person is limited to asking two questions.  Each speaker will have a maximum of three minutes to speak.

Petitions, questions and statements will only be accepted if they are in relation to an item being considered at this meeting.
