A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 14 December 2009 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor John Wright (Chairman), Councillor Alan Willicombe (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, Cindy Davis, Elvina Lowe, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle and Ghlin Whelan.

Quorum = 4

Kent County Council Members of the Board are: Councillor Alan Willicombe (Vice-Chairman), Councillors Bowles, Crowther, Gates, Ferrin, Pugh and Whiting.
 
Kent Association of Local Councils non-voting representative: Councillor Mike Baldock.
 
Quorum = 4 (2 from each Council).
