A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 07 September 2009 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor John Wright (Chairman), Councillor Alan Willicombe (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, Cindy Davis, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle, Ghlin Whelan and Nick Williams.

Quorum = 4

 



Swale Borough Council Members of the Board are: Councillor John Wright (Chairman), Councillors Barnicott, Cindy Davis, Prescott, Pat Sandle, Ghlin Whelan and Nick Williams.
 
Kent County Council Members of the Board are: Councillor Alan Willicombe (Vice-Chairman), Councillors Bowles, Crowther, Gates, Ferrin, Pugh and Whiting.
 
Kent Association of Local Councils non-voting representative: Councillor Mike Baldock.

Quorum = 4 (2 from each Council)

To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 15th June 2009 (Minute Nos. 72 - 88) as a correct record subject to Minute No. 77 (Progress Update, Page 5 - 104/06/08), to read Wises Lane, not West Lane, Sittingbourne. 

The second paragraph to read:

The Kent Association of Local Councils representative stated that he had had a site meeting regarding the work that had been proposed at Oad Street, Borden and was awaiting feedback.
