A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 08 September 2008 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor Adrian Crowther (Chairman), Councillor John Wright (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, Cindy Davis, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle, Ghlin Whelan and Nick Williams.

To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 16th June 2008 (Minute Nos. 94 - 109) as a correct record, subject to an amendment to reflect that Mr Peter MacDonald be recorded as Vice-Chairman, not Chairman, of Minster Parish Council.
