A meeting of the Swale Joint Transportation Board will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Monday 17 December 2007 at 5:30pm.

Members: Councillor John Wright (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Cindy Davis, Sandra Garside, Colin Prescott, Patricia Sandle, Manuella Tomes and Ghlin Whelan.

Report for Item 2

To approve the Minutes of the Meeting held on 17th September 2007 (Minute Nos. 436 - 454) as a correct record, subject to the amendment of Minute No. 445 (Faversham Town Centre Traffic Restrictions), to read:

'The Head of Amenities explained that the proposed changes to the traffic signals at the Crescent Road/Market Street junction, as part of the Tesco development, were being designed to accommodate traffic from possible future changes in traffic flow in Preston Street.  He also advised that the possibility of securing Section 106 funding to take the preferred option forward was being progressed'.
