A meeting of the Standards Hearing Sub-Committee will be held in the Community and Regeneration Room, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Tuesday 12 July 2011 at 2:00pm.

Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Dave Banks, Lloyd Bowen, Jackie Constable, Adrian Crowther, Patricia Sandle and Ben Stokes.

Quorum = 3

 



Members: Mr Chris Maclean (Independent Member), Councillor Ken Ingleton (Parish Councillor) and Councillor Pat Sandle (Borough Councillor).

To decide whether to pass the resolution set out below in respect of the following item: -

That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
