Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Jackie Constable, Mike Cosgrove, Cindy Davis, Brenda Hammond and David Simmons.

Quorum = 3

 



Independent Members of the Committee are:  Messrs Nunn and Rogers.

Parish Council Representative:  Councillor T Parry.

Quorum = 3 (including 1 Independent Member).

To consider the draft version of the Corporate Governance Local Code, incorporating any changes following benchmarking and further Internal Audit review.  This was presented to the Executive on 10th October 2007.
