MINUTES of the Meeting held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Tuesday 21st August 2007 from 2:00 pm to 2:07 pm.

Present: Councillor Alan Willicombe (Chairman), Councillors Lesley Ingham and Prescott.

Officers Present: Philippa Davies, Michael Hawkins, Clare Langfield and Michael Moss.

application for a new premises licence under the licensing act 2003 - the granaries, standard quay, faversham

In the absence of the Applicant, the Sub-Committee suggested that the hearing was adjourned to allow the Licensing Officer to forward questions from the Sub-Committee to the Applicant. The Senior Solicitor advised that these may not be exhaustive questions. The Applicant would also be advised to re-apply to the hearing after the Planning Working Group, scheduled for 10th September 2007.

RESOLVED:

(1) That the hearing be adjourned.
