A meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee will be held in the Council Chamber, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Wednesday 14 February 2007 at 4:00pm.

Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Richard Barnicott, George Bobbin, Chris Boden, Simon Clark, Adrian Crowther, Sandra Garside, Brenda Hammond, Angela Harrison, Gerry Lewin, Colin Prescott, Anita Walker, Alan Willicombe, Brian Woodland and John Wright.

hearing in respect of a temporary events notice for cleve farm, graveney - 12th/13th may 2007



No written report for this hearing has yet been compiled.  In order to comply with legislation, an initial hearing must take place within ten working days of receiving an objection; however, the case does not have to be determined within this timescale and can be adjourned.

Therefore, Swale Police (the objectors) request that the hearing be adjourned until Friday 9th March 2007.  This would allow time for accurate reports and information to be collated by all parties concerned.
